Over 150 gay men have stepped into the spotlight. Now it's your turn.
You train consistently. You eat well. You've done it for years. And you still don't look the way you want to look.
You've outgrown cookie-cutter programmes, quick fixes, and plans that were never built with you in mind. You don't need to work harder. You need the right structure, and a coach you don't have to explain yourself to.
The Lean Physique Project is 16 weeks of one to one coaching built around your goals, your schedule, and your life. Not a group programme. It ends with a professional photoshoot so you have proof of exactly how far you've come.

And this is what shoot day itself looks like
Your Coach
Lads, I didn't grow up loving sports. I hated PE in school. I hated the gym. I actually despised all of it.
I wasn't the gym bro who loved working out. I wasn't disciplined. I definitely wasn't smashing meal prep every Sunday. It was takeaways and convenience food for me.
I was eating rubbish because it made me feel better. Drinking too much. Working jobs I couldn't stand. I was in a bad spiral.
That led me to hanging around with people who brought the worst out in me, and making every excuse under the sun, because changing felt harder than staying miserable.
How It Actually Went
It was all on me. No one came to save me. No one dragged me to the gym. No one forced me to sort my head out. I did.
It started small. One session. One meal. One better choice every single day, over and over again on repeat. Not easy, but worth every bit of it.
The gym was the hardest part at first. Not the training, the walking in. I had to get past the barriers I'd built in my own head about that place before anything else could change.
Then things started shifting. I got comfortable in my own skin. I stopped hiding behind oversized clothes. I started doing things I'd always avoided, like running, sea swims, hikes, and I kept proving to myself I was capable of more than I thought.
My first professional photoshoot was the moment it landed. Standing there, I was properly proud of myself. It showed me exactly how far I'd come, physically and mentally.
That's the day I want to give you.

No. Posing prep is part of the programme. Nobody walks in cold.
Your plan has gym, home, and hotel versions. Travel doesn't break it.
You need gym experience. You don't need to be lean. Look at the before photos.
It's built for gay men, by a coach who lives in the same world you do. You won't be explaining your life, your calendar, or what you're training for. That's assumed from day one.
No. The shoot is yours. You choose the outfits and how much you show. Paul will talk you through options in the shoot brief beforehand.
